Overall Effect
Not as bad as it looks! Lost an estimated 0.5#/fat this week. It is just that for some reason this week has been all about crazy water retention. Who knows what is going on with that.

Food

Last night was a BBQ and all of the attendant food pitfalls. I did okay, except I ended up with too much sugar (brownies…). Today I feel like a sugar bomb. My tolerance for sugar has really dropped. I consolidated all of the snacks into one group for this week, which makes it easier to feel like I am over-snacking. But I am not eating more than I was when I was losing steady, so…I need to re-calibrate I think.
Activity

The heat has really slowed me down this week. Very little walking. This is a real problem. I hurt when I don’t get in enough walking.
All around, it hasn’t been the healthiest of week. I need to work less and pay more attention to my eating! Sadly, I don’t know if that is in the cards just yet.
