blew off the workout today
I decided to take a break on Crossfit today. It was a tough call, not sure I made the right decision. I am just tired. I am still sore from Monday’s workout (not unusual for crossfit workouts) and yesterday’s yoga class kind of kicked my ass. Sometimes you just need a break. On the other hand sometimes you just need to go anyway. I kept thinking of the overtraining people who always say you might be overtraining if “you don’t feel motivated to workout” and I think, who ever feels like working out? Seriously, what kind of standard is that? I am rationalizing by going for an extra long walk today. I feel like I should make a 10-punch card for get-out-of-workouts-guilt-free.
