monday morning you sure look fine
Have mucho para hacer, but am taking it easy anyways. Right on, go me. Screw working hard.
We were back to front squats this morning at the gym. I am starting to like all of this lifting things. For some reason, I am surprisingly strong. I should ask my endocrinologist if this is related to the PCOS.
Crossfit:
Front squat 3x3 five rounds: I started at 50 and built to 63kg. The details are hazy.
AMRAP for 10mins: 5 pull-ups + 7 push-ups + 9 burpees. I managed five rounds + 5 pull ups.
